what is drawing club?
Do you love books and stories? Do you want to open up the magic world of tales and story to children whilst at the same time enriching their language skills, developing their fine motor and spending Time Together with them? Then come and visit us in Class 1 when it is our Drawing Club sessions! The Drawing Club approach immerses children into a world full of imagination where anything can happen and often it does.
Drawing Club is based around the Golden Blend of picture books, tales and animations, it involves a short period of Time Together as a whole class followed by time with children exploring their ideas and creativity that is adapted to meet the needs of all the children.

"I like writing and drawing - I do it at home and sometimes I do drawing challenges. I did Mr Twit because I like that story - I have got it at home too. I like writing because I think about words and how to write them. Drawing Club is fun because I like to invent stuff and I get to use lots of my own ideas." Fraser Year 1
